You pay only for the invoices you process each month. Solo and Team share the same tiered model — the first 500 invoices are at the headline rate, the next 500 (up to 1,000) at a lower rate, and the next 1,000 (up to 2,000) at the lowest rate. The calculator above shows your live effective rate.
Every account gets a 7-day trial of Team with up to 20 invoices included. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you can pick any plan, downgrade, or pause your workspace; your captured data is retained for the rest of the billing cycle plus 30 days.
Anytime, both ways. Upgrades and downgrades are not prorated — your change takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing cycle, and the new plan begins from the next billing date.

Invoice OCR pauses for new invoices once your plan volume is used up — they can't be scanned until the next billing cycle starts. If you need to keep going before then, you can buy a one-off Invoice Pack (£120 for an additional 100 invoices) to continue processing for the rest of the cycle.
